​Shipping Policy

​​

  • Faith Flow Designs offers domestic and international shipping including FPO, APO, DPO.

  • Orders received before Noon CST for ready-made items being sent via Standard mail are mailed out within 2 business days of completed payment and you will be provided a tracking number.

  • Orders received before Noon CST for ready-made items being sent via Expedited shipping are mailed within 1 business day of completed payment and you will be provided a tracking number.

  • Custom pieces will be made-to-order and are pre-paid. These items will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase, provided components are readily available. I will communicate any delays and give you the option of waiting for the components to come in or requesting a refund.

  • Items are shipped to US via USPS First Class Mail for Standard shipping. Tracking and delivery confirmation is included with all packages. Most orders should be received within 3 to 6 business days (Domestic APO/FPO/DOP, Alaska, and Hawaii may take longer). Expedited shipping methods are also available and include tracking and delivery confirmation.

  • International shipping (Includes Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands) is initiated via USPS First Class Package International and cannot be tracked beyond the US border. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to pay for any import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees according to your country's regulations. I cannot guarantee a delivery time, however, most orders should arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of shipment. If your package is taking longer than the time frame given, please contact your local postal service. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. 

  • I will do everything possible to insure that your item arrives to you safely and in a timely manner.

  • Your jewelry will arrive carefully packaged and multiple items may be combined, unless separate boxes are requested.

  • If this is a gift being shipped directly to the recipient, please let me know and include your message to the recipient in the Feedback form and I will include it with the package.

Returns Policy

​

  • I will gladly exchange your item or issue a refund if you are not completely satisfied, no questions asked within 14 days of delivery.

  • Send me an email at info@faithflowdesigns.com or use our Return Request Form to start the process and you'll be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization. NOTE: Gift Cards are not returnable and non-refundable.

  • Please return your item in its original condition and in the original packaging in which you received it, and provide adequate padding to protect the items during shipping..

  • I will issue a refund for the purchase price (less shipping) provided the piece does not arrive previously worn, altered or damaged.

  • Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

  • Complete the Return Form and enclose it in your packaging.

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation will be sent when your refund has been processed on my end. If the original method of payment is not available, I will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card instead.

  • I am not able to track your purchase and will not issue a refund or exchange for lost or damaged packages.

  • Any returns after 14 days of delivery will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me at info@faithflowdesigns.com to request a return. Items returned outside of the 14-day window without prior approval may be refused.

  • If, for some reason, you need to cancel your order, please contact me right away at info@faithflowdesigns.com. If your order has not already been shipped, I will refund your order total, including shipping.

  • All custom items and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or canceled.

 

 

Repairs Policy

​

I certainly understand that accidents can happen, but I just want to clarify that my return policy does not cover accidental damage or breakage.. So if you accidentally snag your bracelet on something sharp and snap the elastic or an enthusiastic baby grabs your necklace and breaks it, these accidents are not covered under our return policy. However, please email me with a photo of the piece and explanation of what happened and I'd be happy to repair it for a small fee. Most repairs can be done at a fee of $7.00 for the first two and an additional $1.00 after that, for all pieces returned in one shipment. Applicable taxes will apply as well. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my items, I may not have some components that were originally used on hand, but I will contact you to go over suitable options. Unfortunately, I am unable to repair damaged leather items.

Beaded bracelets can also be re-sized for you if you decide that a bracelet is to tight or too loose. There is a nominal fee of $7.00 for this service and you'd have to cover your shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

Also, I only use metals that are hypoallergenic, but everyone has different skin types and environmental surroundings. Depending on which metals were used, this can affect how various metals react on your skin. As mentioned in my General Care section, oxidation of metal is out of my control. Therefore, I don’t offer re-plating on my pieces at this time nor can they be returned or exchanged under these circumstances. Please take a quick look at our Care Instructions for more information.
